New to CrossFit?
New folks can try out any class times listed on menu for “Click here to RSVP” for their first free session: RSVP required:
NEW! Saturdays 10:35-11:15am Free info/intro session & Brief workout(optional): For folks new to CrossFit or new to BP. Please arrive by 10:30am and make sure to RSVP online and fill out health q’s and waiver.
Make sure you RSVP and fill out your online waiver. Show up 5-10 mins early ready to workout with clean, dry shoes, comfortable workout attire, and water (a towel is advised too!)
North Parking Lot Entrance(Blue awning): Enter through the blue door, walk straight up stairs and type in *1001, this will let you in. Walk down the long art hallway and when you reach elevator you will actually veer RIGHT and then just follow our logo anchor signs down the hallway to Bridgeport Athletics.
If you show up late(not at least 5 mins before class begins) we will have you observe class and reschedule your first workout for a day and time you can arrive 10-15 mins early.
The CrossFit program is designed for anyone! The perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
All levels, all ages, all abilities have found their best fitness from the same regimen.
