Our classes are 1 hour full body workouts appropriate for all abilities & ages. You are always coached by an active and experienced instructor throughout the hour. While we certainly think everyone should try us out, we also realize not everyone is looking for a fitness experience where they’re pushed to excel.
That being said we never make you workout longer or lift more than you’re comfortable with as a novice. Form & technique are always emphasized. Effort, not ability is king. If you have the motivation to walk through that door to try us out, you might just be the kind of person we’re looking for. Fun, positive attitudes are encouraged.
“Where are you again? Is there parking? How do I enter?”
Wow, you have a lot of questions! No worries, finding us is EASY!
We are located on the first floor of the beautiful Bridgeport Art Center located at 1200 West 35th/Corner of Racine. There is a huge parking lot on the North Side of building accessible from Racine. Off 35th street(for folks walking/biking) can use our South Side entrance. We have 2 ways to enter:
North Parking Lot Entrance(Blue awning): Enter through the blue door, walk straight up stairs and type in *1001, this will let you in. Walk down the long art hallway and when you reach elevator you will actually veer RIGHT and then just follow our logo anchor signs down the hallway to Bridgeport Athletics.
(*Currently under construction/closed temporarily as of Summer/Fall 2018) South Entrance: Enter from West 35th Street door and type in *1001 to be let in, first door on the left after you enter.
“Do you do customized classes?”
Absolutely, we LOVE customized classes with some notice. Whether you want sports performance training for your adult or youth sports team/group, corporate packages, getting ready for that big event (weddings etc…), or just having fun with a group of friends we can design a workout just for your group.
